VC Associate/ Venture Capital Fund/UAE

**Responsibilities**:

- Identifying and sourcing investment opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events
- Conducting due diligence on potential investments, including market analysis, financial modelling, and competitive analysis
- Supporting the investment decision-making process by preparing investment memos and presentations
- Supporting portfolio companies by providing guidance, resources, and connections
- Building and maintaining relationships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and other stakeholders
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, news and developments to inform investment decisions

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or Masters degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics or a related field; CFA is a plus
- 4-5 years of relevant work experience within Private Equity & Venture Capital
- Local experience in the US will be an advantage
- Industry focus: technology
- Strong knowledge of markets, financial statements analysis, corporate finance and valuation techniques
- English - full professional proficiency
- Strong communication, presentation and organization skills
