Job for Bilingual Business Analyst in Dubai

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct client-facing requirement gathering sessions in both **Arabic and English**.
- Draft **Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)**, **Functional Specs**, and **User Stories**.
- Translate client business needs into **clear technical requirements**.
- Work cross-functionally with product, tech, and QA teams.
- Support demos, **UAT coordination**, and post-implementation feedback cycles.
- Ensure deliverables meet both **client expectations** and **UAE regulatory standards**.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business / IT / Computer Science.
- 3-5 years of experience as a **Business Analyst in software projects**.
- **It is mandatory to be fluent in Arabic and English, both verbally and in writing.**:

- Proficiency in tools like **JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart**.
- Strong understanding of **Agile/Scrum**.
- Experience in **GCC client communication** and stakeholder management.
