**Responsibilities**:

- Build the pricing function from the ground up according to the CPAAS and SAAS business model best practices
- Create detailed, complex financial and analytic models to forecast and analyze revenue performance, marketing efficiencies, and pricing optimization
- Work in close collaboration with colleagues from Sales, Finance, and Partnerships and develop processes to support efficiency and reduce friction around pricing updates and changes.
- Assist in the production of detailed budgets and forecasts, including projections of P&L, cash flow, and balance sheets
- Work closely with Carrier Relations to receive pricing information from CEQUENS suppliers and with functions involved in building CEQUENS’ own products and IP (Product Management, Marketing, Research & Innovation to create and implement business models, packaging, and pricing strategies for new CPAAS and SAAS initiatives.
- Develop procedures for comparing pricing performance to internal strategies and contracts, and provide data-driven suggestions for margin stability and expansion.
- Manage the process for handling requests for special pricing, including escalation and feedback loops with relevant departments.
- Conduct primary and secondary qualitative and quantitative market research to identify trending business models and packaging and pricing strategies for current and new SaaS product initiatives
- Analyze price change requests from the sales team by evaluating margin impact, potential incremental volume, and competitor price levels
- Track market trends and keeping up to date on prices set by competitors

**Requirements**:

- Excellent knowledge of CPAAS and SaaS business models and value drivers.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Self-starter able to lead multiple projects concurrently
- Great teamwork player with critical thinking and problem-solving skills and a passion for data and analysis
- Proven success working on cross-functional teams
- Capability to clearly communicate and represent data verbally and through presentation s/reports
- Attention to detail
- Desire to think strategically and execute tactically
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or other quantitative field or comparable work experience is required.
- Prior experience in a similar role, including solid exposure to managing pricing processes, implementing pricing initiatives, and creating a pricing process documentation.
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies and concepts.
