**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise a team of duct fitters, pipe fitters, and assistants; ensure all personnel attend safety orientations and are equipped with proper PPE
- Review and interpret HVAC shop drawings and MEP coordination drawings to verify material approval and avoid installation delays
- Coordinate with inspection, engineering, QC, and project management teams; attend weekly site meetings.
- Manage and ensure availability of hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, materials, and equipment
- Monitor on-site installation quality and compliance with approved drawings and specifications
- Prepare documentation and oversee testing: duct light testing, hydro testing for chilled water piping
- Generate daily progress reports and update project engineer or manager
- Support preparation of final test reports, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and project handover documentation

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **6 years’ experience** in HVAC installation and foreman-level supervision roles
- Proficient with HVAC ducting, chilled water piping, fittings, and installation accessories
- Skilled in reading and interpreting HVAC shop/MEP drawings and technical specifications
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills, including report preparation.
- Familiarity with HVAC testing procedures and quality control standards.
- Valid **UAE driving license** preferred.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage time, and resolve site challenges.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

License/Certification:
