We are Hiring

We are currently looking for an Accounts Manager to manage all financial transactions. Accounts Manager responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, reconciling bank statements and calculating VAT payments and returns. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with the similar role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, and Revenue Recognition.
- Ensure timely preparation of financial and statistical reports, business plans, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, and/or reports required by regulatory agencies including statutory audit and tax compliance.
- Coordination of the preparation of management and statutory financial reports.
- Manage and comply with local government reporting requirements and VAT filings
- Manage payroll processing.
- Manage accounts receivables and payables position in conjunction with the Operations Head.
- Credit collection
- Assist with annual audit preparations.
- Investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies and issues of non-compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting, Chartered Accountant Intermediate or equivalent.
- Minimum 3+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
- Knowledge of the annual audit preparation and completion
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience with creating financial statements
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
- Impeccable negotiation and engagement skills with the ability to maintain good relationships with the customers.

**Additional** **optional**:

- UAE Driving license
- Basic knowledge of Dubai labour card and visa processing
