Junior Graphic Designer

**Job description**

**Black Frog Studio (BFS)**, a boutique marketing and advertising creative agency based in Dubai, UAE is seeking a **Junior Graphic Designer.**

**Job Purpose**:The role of the **Junior Graphic Designer** is to support the creative team in developing and executing visual concepts across branding, print, digital, and event materials. This includes assisting with graphic design tasks and collaborating on creative ideas. The incumbent will work closely with senior designers and managers to meet project objectives and provide design solutions to enhance the quality of the creative output.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for branding, logos, illustrations, and event materials.
- Collaborate with senior creatives and managers to clearly understand design briefs and project objectives.
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and explore visual directions to bring concepts to life.
- Support 3D designers by providing graphic assets and collaborating on realistic experiential and event visuals.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with managers, proactively addressing feedback and providing progress updates.
- Troubleshoot design challenges and suggest creative solutions to ensure smooth execution of deliverables.
- Design and produce a range of print and digital materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines and adhering to project specifications and budgets.
- Assist with basic photography and video editing tasks for content creation across various platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously elevate creative output.
- _**Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager or Department Head**_

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- **1-2 years of experience** in a similar design role, preferably in a creative agency or fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Strong sense of typography, color, layout, and attention to detail.
