**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging, interactive Japanese language lessons.
- Customize instruction to accommodate learners of various levels and backgrounds.
- Create a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular, constructive feedback.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve teaching materials and curriculum.

**Qualifications**:

- **Native Japanese speaker** (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Japanese language, education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven teaching experience.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- A strong passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
