**Job**Summary**:
**Key**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quotations and order follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.
- Support the procurement manager in evaluating vendor performance.
- Prepare purchase orders, delivery schedules, and documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with internal departments on stock requirements.
- Ensure all purchases are aligned with company budget and quality standards.
- Assist in market research and finding cost-effective purchasing solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of procurement procedures and vendor management.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
