As a **Receptionist/Customer Service Representative**, you will be the face of Houzon, providing outstanding customer service to clients both in person and over the phone. You will handle inquiries, manage appointments, and ensure the smooth operation of front-desk activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Assist clients with inquiries and provide accurate information about our services
- Manage appointment schedules and coordinate meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional and polite demeanor
