**Head of Treasury Risk**
**Department**: Treasury Risk
**Reports To**: Chief Risk Officer (CRO)
**Role Purpose**:
Leading the Market Risk Management function, ensuring regulatory compliance, robust risk identification, and the development of models, policies, and controls to manage market, counterparty, and IRRBB risks effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee risk metrics (VaR, DV01, CS01, PFE) and conduct back-testing for XVA and IRRBB models.
- Perform portfolio valuation, stress testing, scenario analysis, and independent price verification.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and audit findings.
- Develop policies and frameworks for market and counterparty risks.
- Provide strategic risk insights to Treasury and ALCO.
**Qualifications**:
- Master’s in Finance or related field; CFA/PRM/CPA preferred.
- 10+ years in senior risk management with expertise in treasury products and risk modeling.
**Skills**:
Analytical mindset, strong communication, decision-making, and leadership abilities.
