**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a professional and motivated Listing Agent to join our real estate team. The Listing Agent will act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, executing all required steps to list a property and manage the process until the agreement is finalized.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare listing materials and pre-listing presentations.
- Responsible for Sales and Leasing availability list and prices.
- Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices align with market values.
- Negotiate listing prices to achieve the best market value.
- Coordinate showings, schedule open houses, and check property portal ads.
- Must have a work experience in CRM system.
- Update and manage listings on the CRM system.
- Follow up with the marketing coordinator for post updates.
- Present offers from buyers and tenants and facilitate negotiations.
- Ensure a high number of verified units are listed.
- Must be professional in MS office.

**Qualifications**:

- Can join immediately.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience as a call center agent/representative or relevant field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
- Excellent command of English/Arabic and MS Office.
