Key Responsibilities:

- **Craft Cocktails**: Design and prepare unique cocktails using a variety of ingredients, techniques, and presentation styles.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build rapport with guests, take orders, and offer personalized recommendations based on preferences and seasonal ingredients.
- **Menu Development**: Collaborate with management to create and update drink menus, incorporating current trends and local flavors.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels of spirits, mixers, and garnishes; order supplies as necessary and manage inventory effectively.
- **Training Staff**: Train and mentor other bartenders and bar staff on mixology techniques, drink recipes, and service standards.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure consistency and quality in every drink served, maintaining high standards of presentation and taste.
- **Cleanliness and Compliance**: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations, and practicing responsible alcohol service.
- **Cash Handling**: Process transactions accurately and maintain cash register accountability.

Qualifications:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist, with a strong knowledge of cocktails and mixology techniques.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; creativity in drink preparation and presentation.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of various spirits, liqueurs, and mixers; familiarity with industry trends and customer preferences.
- **Certifications**: Bartending certification or mixology training preferred.
