We are looking for skilled **Spray Painters** to join our team and help deliver high-end finishes across our residential and commercial projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces and materials for spray painting cleaning, sanding, masking, priming.
- Mix paints and finishes to the desired color and consistency
- Ensure smooth, even coverage with mínimal overspray
- Inspect finished work for quality and touch up as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and proper use of PPE
- Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a spray painter (minimum [X] years preferred)
- Skilled in using HVLP or airless spray systems
- Strong eye for detail and quality
- Ability to read and follow technical specifications and project plans
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Vocational training or certification in spray painting is a plus
