**Job Description: Sales Lady/Man
- Power Tools**

**Overview**: We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Representative to join our team in QATAR & OMAN specializing in power tools. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our range of power tools, establishing strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This position requires a strong understanding of power tools, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate power tools solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our power tools products, features, and benefits.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase product capabilities.
- **Sales Support and Follow-Up**:

- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to after-sales support.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests for information.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve collective sales goals and contribute to overall business success.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and results using CRM software.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role, preferably in the power tools or industrial equipment industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or technical fields is a plus.
