**Position :Data Entry Operator**

**Company : Real estate Developer**

A Data Entry Operator in the Accounts Department is responsible for accurately entering and managing financial data into accounting systems. This role involves handling sensitive financial information, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting the overall financial operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Data Entry and Management**:

- Enter financial transactions and data into accounting software.
- Maintain and update accounting records and databases.
- Verify accuracy of data entered, ensuring consistency and correctness.
- **Transaction Processing**:

- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents.
- Prepare bank deposits and reconcile financial discrepancies.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Generate and distribute financial reports as required.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and budgets.
- **Compliance and Confidentiality**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records.
- Adhere to data protection and security protocols.
- **Support and Coordination**:

- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with other accounting team members to streamline processes.
- Provide administrative support to the accounts department as needed.
- **Experience**:

- **Proven experience as a data entry operator, preferably in an accounts department from real estate companies**
- Familiarity with accounting software and data entry systems.
- Technical Skills:

- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).**:

- Experience with accounting software is Plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Data Entry Operator: 1 year (preferred)
- Data entry operator preferably from Real estate: 1 year (preferred)
