Job Vacancy: Outdoor Sales Representative

**Location**: Sharjah, UAE

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, including retailers, interior designers, and corporate buyers.
- Present and demonstrate our furniture products to potential clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and customization options.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and customer preferences.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close sales and secure long-term business partnerships.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our furniture products, including materials, design specifications, and customization capabilities.
- Provide product training and support to clients, ensuring they understand the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM software.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and client needs for the management team.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in outdoor sales, preferably within the furniture, Storage, Shelving or related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful client relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage client interactions and sales activities.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- A keen interest in furniture, interior design, and understanding customer needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- outdoor sales: 1 year (preferred)
