**Location**:Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

**About the Role**:
As a Videographer, you will conduct the filming, directing, and final editing of all episodes for our platform. You will be responsible for the entire production process and managing the production team, ensuring that every episode meets the highest quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take full responsibility for the entire production process of each episode, from pre-production planning to post-production delivery
- Edit episodes following strong guidelines and Adobe Premiere Pro templates
- Seamlessly jump-cut between wide and close-up shots of the presenter and smoothly cut away to secondary footage
- Oversee external vendors involved in the production process, including scriptwriters, voice-over artists, editors, and animators.
- Provide feedback on scripts to ensure they align with the vision and goals of the show
- Translate scripts into episodes, adjusting the language, tone, and pace to suit production requirements and maintain a consistent atmosphere
- Conduct the filming process, including camera setup, lighting, and sound
- Capture all footage according to the script and production requirements
- Direct and coach actors/presenter during filming to ensure high-quality performances
- Compile various assets into episodes, including stock footage, images, audio, pre-made animations, idents, and graphics
- Perform green screen editing to seamlessly integrate live-action footage and animated content
- Ensure that each episode is produced to the highest quality standards and delivered on time
- Create and maintain production schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Develop and maintain production templates and guidelines to ensure consistency across episodes

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Videographer or similar role
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of the production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production
- Proficient in operating filming equipment and software to capture high-quality video and audio footage
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with Islamic culture and values is a plus

**Salary**: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
