**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a deep understanding of clients' financial needs and goals
- Provide expert advice on mortgage options and help clients make informed decisions
- Evaluate clients' financial and credit profiles to determine their eligibility for mortgage products
- Negotiate with lenders to secure the best mortgage terms and interest rates for clients
- Stay informed of changes in the real estate market and mortgage regulations, and share this information with clients as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients

**Requirements**:

- Having experience in mortgage or banking field is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex financial information and make informed recommendations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English is a must

**Salary - Between AED 3000 to AED 5000 + Commission**

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- mortgage: 1 year (preferred)
