**Job description**:
HyperSpace are looking for a motivated, detail
- oriented Reservation Agent individual experience in handling booking reservations to B2B/B2C customers on a daily basis. You will serve as the first line of inquiry for booking reservations and you will make our customers feel welcome and reflect exceptional experience when they arrive. This position will be based in the HyperSpace office in Dubai Design District.

**What you will do**:

- Answer and provide support to customers who might need to change or cancel their booking reservation.
- Sorting out any issues that may arise with booking reservation in a positive and efficient manner.
- Ensure all reservations are captured into the system according to standard operating procedures.
- Handle and process refund payments and provide confirmation information to customers.
- Promote product services and maintain strong relationships to both B2B/B2C customers.
- Ensure all files are accurate and up to date including booking information, schedule etc.

**Other skills requires as a Customer Service Representative include**:

- English speaking, Arabic language is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience with any reservation ticketing software such as VGS is a plus.

**Required skills/ experience to be successful**:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as Reservation agent, preferably within hotel, travel & tours agency, restaurant, or ticketing attraction park.
- Possess excellent communication skills (both oral and written in English) and effective time management skills with the ability to manage a challenging task.
