**KEY POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES**

**READY TO WORK IN SHIFTS**
- Computes and records totals of transactions on a daily basis and recorded data
- Calculates total payments received during a time period, and reconciles this with total sales
- Answers customers questions, and provides information on procedures or policies
- Ensures that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment
- Maintains awareness of all promotions, advertisements and new product samples

**SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY**
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including foods, beverages, and guest interaction.
- Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, with guests and employees.
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
- Good in mathematics and ability to do repetitive work without any errors.
- Integrity, honesty and accountability in all dealings.
- Must have basic computer awareness and able to maintain records regarding transactions on computers.

**Salary**: AED2,988.00 per month
