**Job Title: Commis 1 Chef (Immediate Hiring)**
Location: Techarc Space, Warehouse 25, Alserkal Avenue - Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time

**Salary**: AED 2,500 - 3,000 per month
Start Date: Immediate

**About Techarc Space**

**Key Responsibilities**
Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
Set up and maintain an organized and hygienic workstation (mise en place)
Ensure strict adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene regulations (HACCP standards)
Collaborate with the Head Chef and assist in all aspects of kitchen operations
Monitor stock levels and assist in receiving, checking, and storing food deliveries
Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment at all times
Accurately follow instructions regarding food preparation, portion sizes, and plating
Minimize waste through careful preparation and storage
Take initiative during peak periods to ensure smooth kitchen service
Be adaptable to menu updates, customer preferences, and kitchen responsibilities

**Qualifications & Skills**
Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen experience in a similar Commis 1 role
Strong foundational cooking skills with knowledge of basic cooking methods and techniques
Excellent knife handling and food preparation skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols (HACCP certification preferred)
Willingness to learn and grow within the team
Flexibility with shift schedules (morning/evening)
Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately

**Compensation & Benefits**
Monthly salary: AED 2,500 - 3,000 (based on experience)
