Joinery Helper

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assist skilled carpenters and joiners in the **fabrication, assembly, and installation** of wooden components such as doors, cabinets, panels, and furniture.
- Support in **measuring, marking, cutting, sanding, and finishing** wood and related materials.
- Help with the **movement and handling of raw materials, tools, and finished products** within the workshop and to job sites.
- Maintain a **clean and organized workshop**, including cleaning tools and work areas regularly.
- Assist in **loading and unloading** materials and equipment for site delivery or installation.
- Follow instructions from senior craftsmen or supervisors to ensure tasks are completed **accurately and safely**.
- Use **basic hand tools and power tools** under supervision, ensuring proper care and safety.
- Pack and prepare finished joinery items for transport, ensuring items are protected from damage.
- Comply with all **health and safety regulations** and company procedures at all times.
- Show a willingness to **learn new skills** and grow within the company.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a joinery or woodworking environment is a **plus**, but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of carpentry tools and workshop safety.
- Physically fit and capable of **manual labor and heavy lifting**.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Punctual, hardworking, and eager to develop skills in the joinery trade.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
