**Job Title: HSE Assistant - Building Construction**

**Job Location: Dubai, UAE**

**Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in implementing the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in risk assessments and develop safe work practices for various construction tasks.
- Support in the preparation and delivery of HSE training programs for workers and subcontractors.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of HSE programs and initiatives.
- Ensure that safety equipment, PPE, and emergency procedures are in place and followed by all site personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, or near-misses and assist in reporting findings and corrective actions.
- Promote safety awareness and foster a culture of safety within the team.
- Assist in ensuring that environmental regulations are adhered to, including waste management and pollution control.
- Liaise with project managers and supervisors to ensure timely compliance with HSE requirements.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an HSE-related role within the residential construction industry (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, policies, and best practices.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement safety procedures.
- Familiarity with local building codes and environmental regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential hazards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Education & Certifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Construction Safety, or related field (preferred).
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or similar HSE certification is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office-based with regular site visits to construction locations.
- Standard working hours with the possibility of additional hours depending on project deadlines.

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
