**Overview**: Lincoln Star Real Estate Development is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Graduate Intern to join our team in Dubai. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain management within the real estate development sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Support Supply Chain Operations**: Assist in the coordination and management of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, maintaining strong working relationships.
- **Documentation**: Help maintain accurate records and documentation related to supply chain activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and inventory reports.
- **Process Improvement**: Contribute to the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess market conditions affecting procurement.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as project management and finance, to ensure alignment on supply chain needs and objectives.
- **Reporting**: Assist in preparing reports and presentations on supply chain performance metrics for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with supply chain concepts and software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
