GTR Luxury Car rental company office is growing and we are looking for a new Driver to join the team and work in a friendly and supportive environment
We specialize in luxury and exclusive cars and offer them for rent on a short and long-term basis, we serve international customers coming from Europe, US, Gulf, Asia and the rest of the world.
Our office is based in an ideal location close to Dubai airport and we have good transportation options.
We are also opening a new office location in a hotel in Dubai center.

The Driver is responsible for greeting customers, transporting rental cars from and to office location, transporting rental cars to clients, greeting clients at the airport and delivering their car to them, handling contract signing, handling client payments on the spot, continuously reviewing all the company fleet of cars and checking for any car issues or maintenance needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers, complete necessary rental or parking information, disclose rates, terms and conditions of rental and obtain customer signatures while using effective techniques to encourage customers to utilize service options.
- Receive telephone calls and handle customer-related matters; direct other phone calls to appropriate personnel or take messages.
- Complete, review and submit various reports to supervisor.
- Enter and maintain information in location logs.
- Monitioring cars situation and maintenance status and services
- **Skills**:

- **Valid drivers licence issued in Dubai**:

- **Valid Visa or Residence Permit in Dubai**:

- 2-3 years’ experience of working in customer service and preferably as a driver and dealing with clients.
- Fluent communication skills in **Arabic** AND **English**.
- Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal with customers.
- Good knowledge of cars.
- Good organisational skills.
- Ability to process all paperwork according to policies and procedures.
- Teamwork spirit and positive attitude.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions.
- Ability to present a professional, enthusiastic attitude through effective communication skills to promote a positive impression to customers and employees.
