We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our real estate team in dubai. If you are passionate about property, confident on the phone and hungry to earn, this is the right opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided Leads.
- Explain real estate project details, offers and investment opportunities.
- schedule property viewings and follow up with interested clients.
- Maintain daily call logs and update the CRM system.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationship with clients.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in tele sales ,preferably in real estate.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
- Fluency in English is a must (additional languages are a plus)
- Knowledge of Dubai Real estate market is an advantage
