**Role Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced **Technical Writer** to develop clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for our products and internal processes. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to create high-quality technical content.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain user guides, API docs, technical manuals, and internal documentation.
- Translate complex technical concepts into simple, clear language.
- Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Organize and structure documentation using standard tools and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- **3+ years of experience** as a Technical Writer in a software or technology environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Markdown, MS Word, Adobe Acrobat).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple documentation projects.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with API documentation tools (e.g., Swagger, Postman).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or Git/version control.
