Are you a driven, client-focused real estate professional looking to join a dynamic and reputable brokerage? **Branford Group**is expanding, and we’re seeking an **experienced Real Estate Broker** to join our growing team

**Location**: Dubai

**Experience**: Min 2- 3 years

**What You'll Do**:

- Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions from initial consultation to closing.
- Provide expert market advice, pricing strategies, and negotiation support.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and communication.
- Stay current on market trends, listings and property values.
- Promote listings via Bayut and Property Finder and personal branding
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, inspections, and documentation.
- Meet sales goals and contribute to team success.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Active real estate broker card (RERA)**:

- Proven track record of successful sales and satisfied clients.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Familiarity with CRM tools, and digital marketing.
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
