Accountant (Experienced On Zoho Book)

**JOB RESPONSIBILTY**:

- Maintain the Books of Accounts by processing all company invoices, payments, and purchases.
- Prepare weekly and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Summarize and prepare financial records and statements for external reporting.
- Interact with internal and external auditors.
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded accurately.
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements in accordance with legal and company accounting guidelines.
- Review expenses and update financial data in databases to ensure information is accurate and readily available.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
- Assist senior accountants with monthly/yearly closings.
- Assist with other accounting projects as needed.
- Update and maintain the ERP system of the accounts department.
- Looking after Admin and Procurement
- Looking after logistics like Import and Export

**Experience**: 5 years working on zoho book as a accountant in trading company.
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
**Industry Type**: Trading
