- Calculate **material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs** for fit-out, furniture, and building projects.
- Liaise with **suppliers, vendors, and contractors** to obtain competitive pricing.
- Prepare **comprehensive quotations** with breakdowns (materials, labor, profit margins).

**2. Tender & Bid Management**:

- Analyze **RFQs (Request for Quotations)** and tender documents.
- Collaborate with **project managers, designers, and engineers** to finalize bid proposals.
- Ensure compliance with **client requirements, UAE regulations, and company standards**.

**3. Data & Market Analysis**:

- Maintain a **database of material prices, labor rates, and supplier quotes**.
- Monitor **market trends** (e.g., steel, wood, MEP costs) to adjust estimates.
- Identify **cost-saving opportunities** without compromising quality.

**4. Client & Stakeholder Coordination**:

- Present quotations to **clients, sales teams, and management** with clear justifications.
- Revise estimates based on **client feedback or design changes**.

**5. Software & Tools**:

- Use **estimation software** (e.g., AutoCAD, Planswift, CostX) and Excel for cost models.
- Generate **comparative reports** (historical bids vs. actual project costs).

**Requirements**:
✔ **Education**: Diploma/Degree in **Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management**.
✔ **Experience**:

- **3+ years in estimating** for **fit-out, furniture, or construction projects** (UAE experience preferred).
- Knowledge of **UAE material markets** and supplier networks.

✔ **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software**.
- Ability to read **technical drawings and BOQs**.

✔ **Certifications**: (preferred)
- RICS, CIOB, or similar certifications.

✔ **Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in **English** (Arabic a plus).
