**Company Overview**:
Euro Gulf Safety Consultant is a leading manpower supply and safety consultancy firm in the UAE, specializing in providing qualified professionals for major construction and infrastructure projects. We are currently hiring a **Safety Officer** with proven experience in **substation projects** for one of our reputed clients in Dubai.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and enforce safety policies, procedures, and regulations on site.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and report any unsafe conditions or practices.
- Prepare risk assessments, incident reports, and safety audits.
- Coordinate and conduct toolbox talks and safety training sessions.
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and client requirements.
- Assist in emergency response and accident investigation procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5 years of experience** as a Safety Officer, with at least **2 years in substation projects**.
- **Nebosh IGC / IOSH** or equivalent safety certification required.
- Excellent knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and standards.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- **Immediate joining** is **mandatory**.
