**Job Title**: Group Procurement Manager

**Reports To**: Group Managing Director - Automotives

**Job Summary**

The Group Procurement Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the procurement strategy across the organization, ensuring optimal sourcing, cost-effectiveness, and supplier performance. This role involves developing procurement policies, driving supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with quality, budget, and regulatory requirements.

**Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Procurement**
- Develop and implement group-wide procurement strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and value creation.
- Lead contract negotiations with key suppliers to secure beneficial terms and conditions.

**Operational Excellence**
- Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing, supplier selection, and contract management.
- Manage procurement budgets and ensure compliance with financial guidelines.
- Monitor market trends and supplier landscapes to adapt strategies proactively.

**Supplier Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Assess supplier performance through KPIs, audits, and feedback mechanisms.
- Resolve disputes and ensure alignment with contractual obligations.

**Team Leadership**
- Lead and mentor the procurement team, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Provide training and development to enhance team capabilities and knowledge.

**Compliance and Reporting**
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
- Prepare and present procurement performance reports to senior leadership.

**Key RequirementsEducation & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial capacity.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute procurement strategies.
- Experience with ERP and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

**Certifications (preferred)**
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM).
- Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) certification.

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED23,000.00 per month
