- Replace worn or damaged parts before they cause major issues.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Stay updated on the latest automotive technology and electrical systems.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues and customers.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Ensure all work complies with environmental regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- **Customer Service**:

- Communicate effectively with customers about their vehicle’s electrical issues and repairs needed.
- Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and timelines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality workmanship.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in auto electrical systems preferred.
- Proven experience as an Auto Electrician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, wiring, and diagnostics.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift heavy equipment and parts.
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work in various positions, including standing, bending, and lying down.

**Work Environment**:

- Work is performed in a garage or workshop setting.
- Exposure to noise, fumes, and potentially hazardous materials.
- May require overtime or weekend work, depending on workload.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools, multimeters, and other electrical testing equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license.
