**What we look for in our Designers**
Our designers cover a lot of ground.
- They want to understand our customers and are happy to use discovery techniques to do it,
- Get their team involved and make sense of the findings,
- Design by thinking and sketching and mulling and doing that over again,
- Purposefully design in multiples, not just seeing one future,
- Seek out critique and feedback to help improve themselves and their designs,
- Take prototypes to users and are willing to change their mind.

The Property Finder B2B team is a fast-paced, collaborative, and driven product team.
- We are a multidisciplinary team. Our roles include product design, product management, engineering, product operations, research, and product marketing.
- We build useful, usable, and innovative experiences for Property Finder’s customers. These experiences live across web, native mobile apps, and internal software platforms.

**About your role**
As the Principal Product Designer - B2B at PF, you will play a critical role in leading the design strategy for our B2B product portfolio. You will drive innovation and create seamless, user-centered experiences that directly influence our customers’ success. As a design leader, you will build and mentor a team of designers, work closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to our strategic goal of dominating each market we operate in.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Design Leadership**: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of designers, setting the creative direction for PF’s B2B products. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of innovative, high-quality digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- **User-Centered Design**: Advocate for the needs of our customers, ensuring that all design solutions effectively address their goals while also supporting business objectives.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers, researchers, product designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver top-quality B2B products that drive engagement and customer satisfaction.
- **Innovation**: Lead design activities including problem discovery and definition, storytelling, ideation, co-design sessions, prototyping, and testing. Continuously propose, test, and evaluate ideas to improve PF’s B2B offerings.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple projects independently, delivering high-quality work on time. Ensure consistency and excellence in design across all PF products.
- **Mentorship**: Provide guidance and mentorship to other product designers, helping them grow their skills and careers. Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
- **Cross-Functional Partnership**: Collaborate with B2B and B2C design and product teams to ensure a consistent and delightful user experience across all PF products.
- **Strategic Impact**: Play a key role in our strategic objective to achieve market dominance, leveraging design to gain significant market share and drive revenue growth.
