**Job Description**:
Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with established standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including room attendants, cleaners, and laundry workers.
- Assign duties, inspect work, and provide guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock of cleaning materials and amenities.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the appropriate departments for timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of room occupancy, housekeeping schedules, and staff attendance.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with recruitment, hiring, and performance evaluations of housekeeping staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Develop and implement procedures and policies to improve efficiency and productivity within the housekeeping department.
- Uphold the companys standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
