**Job Summary**:
As a Baker Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery. You will assist our skilled bakers in preparing and baking a variety of delicious goods, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and contributing to the overall success of the bakery.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in a bakery or food production environment is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy bags of ingredients, as well as stand for extended periods.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Minimum 2 years Experience as a Baker Assistant.
- Good understanding of food safety and HACCP

**Salary**: AED6,500.00 - AED7,900.00 per month
