**PROCUREMENT OFFICER WITH F&B BACKGROUND - ATLEAST 5 YEARS EXPERIENCED**

**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee consumables inventory and monitor users purchasing habits in order to minimize expenses and create a set of monitoring controls
- Understand tracks and forecast the key cost drivers and market factors for assigned commodities
- Conduct continuous research to locate potential F&B suppliers and perform review and comparison on F&B products
- Provides detailed specifications with bid sheets to vendors insuring aggressive bid prices from multiple approved suppliers
- Tracking of product cost savings for progressive reporting and analysis
- Conducts on-site visits to suppliers, audit programs, collect compliance data as required by department or company
- Maintain all records needed for accounting
- Keep storage area clean and organized as per chef’s standard
- Able to work weekends and/or holidays when necessary
- Be able to multi-task and stay focused
**Requirements**:
- Degree in accounting, business management or a similar field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as a procurement officer F&B background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to commute/relocate:
