A leading company for Engineering Consultant urgently hiring an experienced and qualified (Philippine female) accountant (who can also do managerial work)

**Responsibilities**:

- Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries
- Examining expenses submitted by employees
- Keeping an eye on incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable
- Creating company financial reports with the above information included
- Analyzing data collected in order to determine the state of the company’s financial health
- Analyzing data to understand where the company is generating and losing revenue
- Examining the proficiency of the software programs used to organize data
- Generating financial reports that display the company’s profits, equity and cash flow
- Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation
- Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures
- Updating financial records via accounting software
- Gathering payroll expenses and input into appropriate entry line
- Preparing quarterly budget under the purview of senior management
- Analyzing financial statements and prepare balance sheets

**Requirements**:
Experience in similar role for at least 2 years (UAE based)

Knowledgeable in VAT processing

Bachelor in Accounting

Attested Certification

Work Remotely: No

Applicants should be inside UAE. Experience in contracting and engineering is an advantage.
