JOB SUMMARY
Overall in-charge of supervision of station operations. Ensures adherence to all established procedures are followed by the provider in accordance with the policies, safety, and airport regulations

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Has overall management responsibility in promoting and ensuring compliance of Ground Handling providers to quality, safety, security and customer service standards based on the Company Manuals, regulatory requirements, government laws,
acceptable industry standards and company policies and procedures as well as SLAs and Contracts.
- Manage the over-all performance of their Airport(s); ensuring proper manning is provided, adequate equipment support is available as per the SLAs and Contracts ; this includes monitoring daily operations and coordinating solutions with the relevant
providers to address the immediate or future concerns.
- Immediately assess and escalate (if required) operational/safety risks, concerns, hazards or any other occurrence that could mean a risk to the present or future operation of the Company.
- Monitor the training requirements of organic (if applicable) and outsourced personnel is current.
- Assist with the audits/compliance checks affected their airport(s)
- Monitor the financial resources of the station; ensuring integrity and control thereof at all times.
- Ensure that all directives and instructions issued are properly disseminated, acknowledged and complied with by all staff.
- Ensure proper management of flight disruptions is attained as well as positive guest recovery as per the Company policies and standards.
- Ensure that required resources, facilities, equipment and supplies are operational and adequately deployed; including but not
limited to signage, kiosks, and tabs. Any inoperative facilities are reported and acted upon by the relevant provider or department.
- Coordinate with relevant stations and departments on operation related concerns (e.g. transiting pax, baggage issues, safety, security, customer service requirements and other operational concerns.
- Conducts performance review of his station staff (if applicable) to include recommendations therefore.
- Where applicable represent the company with Government Agencies/un its, Airport Authorities, Airport Management Companies or Providers in the pursuit of smooth and efficient operations as well as promoting good will and the good image
of the company.
- Ensure that all queries and complaints are properly handled at all times, coordinating with other departments if needed.
- Assist in the preparation of the station's annual budget.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of all required reports by the different providers
- Monitor achievement of Key Performance Index (KPls) as included in the SLAs.
