**My Sports Academy** is seeking a passionate and dynamic **Level 2 Swim Coach** to join our established coaching team in Dubai. If you’re dedicated to developing swimmers of all levels and have a drive for excellence in aquatic sport, we want to hear from you.

As part of our expanding academy, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality training sessions across our afterschool swim squads, school partnerships, and holiday programs. This is a fantastic opportunity to coach in a high-performance, supportive environment with access to top-tier facilities and continuous professional development.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Essential**:

- Swim England Level 2 Coaching qualification (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of coaching experience with children and youth swimmers
- Proven ability to deliver technical, engaging, and age-appropriate sessions
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- A team player committed to athlete development and long-term progression

**Desirable (Exceptional)**:

- **Swim England Level 3 Coaching qualification** (or international equivalent)
- Experience in competitive squad development and talent identification
- Knowledge of LTAD (Long-Term Athlete Development) and season planning
- First Aid and Lifeguarding certification
