**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead **structural design** for building projects, ensuring compliance with UAE codes and local regulations.
- Conduct **structural analysis** and prepare detailed calculations and drawings.
- Utilize software such as **ETABS, SAFE, STAAD**, and other design tools for structural modeling and analysis.
- Review and approve structural drawings from consultants and contractors.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and construction teams for seamless project execution.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior structural engineers.
- Ensure structural integrity, safety, and quality standards are consistently maintained.
- Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and project presentations.

**Requirements**:

- **10+ years of UAE experience** in structural design for building projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes and regulations, particularly for Sharjah.
- Proficient in **ETABS, SAFE, STAAD**, and other structural analysis software.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team of engineers.
