**Position Summary**

**Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Strategic Leadership**
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence and secure high-value projects.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, residential, and infrastructure sectors.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market analysis to anticipate trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

**Estimation & Cost Control**
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and competitive cost estimates for aluminum and façade systems.
- Ensure robust budgeting and cost management from tendering through project close-out.
- Evaluate project feasibility and profitability in line with company targets.

**Project & Operational Management**
- Lead end-to-end project delivery with a focus on timelines, budget adherence, and technical excellence.
- Manage cross-functional teams including design, engineering, procurement, and site operations.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase output quality.

**Client & Stakeholder Relations**
- Act as the primary liaison for key clients, ensuring transparency, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure alignment of project goals and execution plans.

**Financial & Risk Management**
- Monitor P&L, cash flow, and financial KPIs, ensuring profitable performance and timely reporting.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to protect the business’s operational integrity.

**Compliance & Safety**
- Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
- Promote a culture of safety and enforce adherence to HSE policies across all projects and facilities.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Experience**: 15-20 years in the aluminum and façade industry, including a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Expert-level understanding of curtain walls, unitized systems, glazing, ACP, and structural façades.
- **Leadership**: Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, manage complex projects, and drive organizational growth.
- **Commercial Acumen**: Strong grasp of financial management, P&L responsibility, and market positioning.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; MBA or advanced management training is an advantage.
