**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding and ensure a smooth integration into the company culture and team.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, concerns, or issues.
- Assist in performance management processes including evaluations, goal setting, and feedback sessions.
- Work with managers to ensure performance issues are addressed effectively and appropriately.
- Help identify training needs and assist in organizing employee development programs.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a learning culture within the organization.
- Support payroll processing and assist employees with any payroll or benefits-related inquiries.
- Maintain HR records, employee files, and related documentation according to company policies and legal requirements.
- Support and contribute to HR initiatives such as employee wellness programs, diversity and inclusion efforts, and team-building activities.

**Job Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or related role.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- A proactive, self-starter with a positive attitude.
- Strong ethical standards and the ability to handle confidential information.

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
