**Position Overview**:
As a **Barista** at Melodicafé, you will be the face of our café, serving up high-quality beverages with a smile and making every customer feel welcome. You’ll craft delicious, well-balanced coffees, contribute to the energetic atmosphere of the café, and ensure that each guest enjoys a top-tier experience. Your role will be both hands-on and customer-focused, requiring a mix of technical skills, creativity, and excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coffee Crafting**: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages including espresso drinks, drip coffee, teas, and specialty drinks, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- **Customer Service**: Provide friendly, welcoming, and personalized service to every customer, creating a positive and memorable experience with every visit.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain the highest standards of quality in every cup, including taste, presentation, and freshness.
- **Café Maintenance**: Ensure the café is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout your shift. This includes maintaining workstations, cleaning coffee equipment, and ensuring health and safety guidelines are followed.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work alongside a passionate team to ensure smooth café operations, support fellow team members, and contribute to a positive and creative work environment.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist with monitoring inventory levels, stock rotation, and ensuring supplies are available for a seamless café experience.
- **Cash Handling**: Process customer payments accurately, operate the register, and handle cash transactions responsibly.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a barista or in a customer service role (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen eye for quality and attention to detail in every coffee preparation.
- A positive, enthusiastic, and approachable attitude.
- Willingness to collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, creative atmosphere.
- A passion for coffee and creating exceptional experiences for others.
