**Role Description**

We are seeking a skilled **MEP Supervisor** to oversee the maintenance of building systems, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with safety and quality standards. This is a full-time role located in **Sharjah**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate MEP maintenance and repair activities in commercial/residential buildings
- Ensures that Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks are carried out in accordance with the schedule, frequency and task lists and provides reports on any works required thereafter.
- Supervising the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and performance assessments of MEP systems and corrective maintenance strategies to reduce downtime.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Lead and guide technical teams to efficiently handle preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Respond to emergency maintenance issues 24/7 and implement quick, effective solutions.
- Prepare maintenance schedules, technical reports, and documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

**Qualifications**
- **Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical engineering.**:

- **Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP supervision, building maintenance, or facility management.**:

- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics (preferred).
- Valid UAE Driving License (required).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to efficiently manage time and people, and prioritize tasks given to the team
- Understanding of safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for all the employees and the ability to identify and manage any safety risks and incidents.

**Salary & Benefits**: AED 4000/-to AED 5000/- per month, annual air ticket, leave salary, medical insurance and life insurance.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
