**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate catering operations, including setup, service, and breakdown.
- Lead and train catering staff to ensure efficient service and professional conduct.
- Liaise with clients and event organizers to ensure all catering requirements are met.
- Coordinate with kitchen and logistics teams to ensure timely food delivery and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all catering sites.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage equipment, and ensure proper usage.
- Handle on-site problem-solving and ensure quick resolution of client or operational issues.
- Support the management team with planning, scheduling, and reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in catering, hospitality, or event service supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by event schedules.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
- Proficiency in English and Hindi ; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
