Dubai

Yas Marketing is looking for a motivated and confident female telesales executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote Yas Marketing’s services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.

Present service packages clearly and persuasively to decision-makers.

Follow up on leads, handle inquiries, and close deals over the phone.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in the CRM.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align telesales strategies with campaigns.

**Requirements**:
Fluent in Arabic & English

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Telesales or customer service background is a plus

Preferred: Lebanese nationality

Compensation:
10% commission
