**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and systems in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and assess risks, hazards, and non-compliances, and develop and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all employees receive appropriate training on QHSE policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Promote a safety culture and encourage employees to identify and report safety hazards and incidents.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventative actions.
- Monitor and report on QHSE performance, including KPIs and trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in the development and review of emergency response plans and procedures.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors as required.
- Keep up to date with changes in QHSE legislation and best practices and provide guidance to the organization on compliance issues.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, environmental science, or occupational health and safety.
- Professional certification in QHSE, such as NEBOSH, ISO 45001, or equivalent.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a QHSE role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of QHSE legislation, standards, and best practices.

SKILLS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QHSE management systems.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
