As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. **Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and prospect potential clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, online platforms, and direct marketing.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on current real estate trends, property values, and comparable sales in the area.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties by understanding their needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.
- Guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process, including negotiations, drafting contracts, inspections, and closing procedures.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on properties, market conditions, and financing options to help clients make informed decisions.
- Build and maintain a strong network of contacts in the real estate industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential clients.
- Attend industry events, seminars, and training sessions to stay abreast of industry developments and enhance your knowledge and skills.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.

Qualifications:

- Experienced Real Estate Sales Agent and Valid RERA license will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends, regulations, and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a client-focused approach.
- Driving license and car are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Basic computer skills like MS Office.
