**Job Purpose & Responsibilities**
To efficiently implement and maintain approved policies, procedures, and practices related to student registration, records, degree audits, and graduation processes. The Registration Officer ensures the accuracy and confidentiality of student records, supports academic progression and maintains students’ records from their first semester until graduation.
**Minimum Qualification and Education**
- Essential: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Desirable: Additional certifications in student records management or higher education administration
**Required Knowledge and Skills**
- Strong knowledge of registration, degree auditing, and graduation procedures.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with academic policies.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Student Information Systems (SIS) and database management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective handling of student inquiries.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team.
**Work Experience**
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Registrar’s Office.
- Strong background in degree auditing, academic records, and graduation processing.
- Familiarity with student information systems and academic policies.
**Language proficiency required**
